firstly, hats off to whoever is keeping the precious flame roarin heartily with this sweet bbs--it's hitting all the exact spots of cutesy-rush in my dusty head. i am an ~*~Elder Ex-Pixel Artiste Lady~*~, my name is jackie & i live in alaska, and i was summoned back to the digital land of pixels, thanks to my daughter [age 9], who was imploring i show her proof of my old ways of computers and paint. i was online making graphics and websites back in 2001-2004, and i went by "jarksie," and also, believe it or not "satan," on various forums [thebbs! playground! orange slice!], where i was mostly making 32x32 animated buttons for whoever asked. it was today that i found duckyfeet /tinsely's page was still somewhat alive, i clicked around and discovered then that RAVEY/jessica was totallyyyay still updating [floodwaters of purest nostalgia], so this sparked me to come and see how this niche world of goodness and color is doing all this afternoon my kiddo was clicking around on the ancient out-of-storage desktop from my obsessive pixelling daze, running on windows xp, and it's pretty adorable as can be, but today she's learned how to create stars, sparkles, hearts. i'm here to keep her inspired. hello & thanks for reading <3

hello! innit lovely?!? i find it fabulous, my offspring eagerly following down my path! Next-Gen Web Hostess just wholesome and happy. such a throwback, i was able to find some folders of my old artwork and slapped em on a thumbdrive to bring to the actual web [i was like Wait, There's No Wifi On WindowsXP??!!], so they can *again* see the light of day. if anyone remembers these old giftees-names/sites, let me know!
